copyright and prison users

My college works with several different prison units and the school district for students who are inmates within the prison system. Our instructors teach classes there and take in materials. I am looking for any special copyright considerations when working with correctional facilities. I think mainly it's the same things to consider with other students, but if anyone knows resources for this, I'd really like to know about them to help make sure we're covered in this area.
