Embedding Videos in LibGuides

I have found a number of highly informative videos on YouTube that were posted by the publishers Garland Science and iBioSeminars.  I am a librarian, and I want to embed them in a LibGuide I am creating for a course.  I want to use them because I think they would help the students in the course more easily grasp certain concepts.

I am wondering if I can use these videos without contacting their owners, or if I need to seek permission to have them embedded in my LibGuide.  Copyright statements are present in most of the videos.  Whether these statements are present or not, I plan to provide the source for the videos in the text of the LibGuide. 

I have also read YouTube's Terms of Service.  Under "Your User Submissions and Conduct," it states in part, "You also hereby grant each user of the YouTube Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service."
