Don't See One?
If you don't see a "Fairness Level" for your fair use evaluation, it is because you decided not to provide a level of fairness for one or more of the four evaluations (Purpose, Amount, etc.).
- It should be noted that not having a "Fairness Level" in no way compromises your evaluation, nor does having a "Fairness Level" in any way bolster it.
- The fairness of your use is entirely dependent on an informed fair use evaluation, which includes a careful evaluation of each of the four factors, as well as considering the fairness of the use holistically.
- The "Fairness Factor" provide here is only a graphical representation of your evaluation and should not be considered indicative of the actual fairness of your use.
