  He wrote what I consider to be the best article ever written on fair use, "The Law of Fair Use and the Illusion of Fair-Use Guidelines." The Ohio State Law Journal 62 (2001): 602-700. The link on his page is dead, but you can get it through Lexis-Nexis.
