What are the copyright laws that are applied to a 1963 Qigong text in Chinese

  some material I’ve read suggests that copyright laws in China did not apply to works from 1963. Other suggest I should follow ‘fair use’ practices.

  i could use help in getting this cleared up.

  I don't believe we have anyone qualified to answer this question (chinese copyright) and/or the time to investigate it.  I do not believe that fair use is an elemnt of Chinese copyright law.

  Others may have ideas.
