Personal facebook post with sports image in it

I want to write a personal facebook post on my facebook page. For that post, I want to use a picture of Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi I found in https://www.tennisworldusa.org/tennis/news/Blast_From_the_Past/60149/us-open-1990-pete-sampras-wins-the-title-to-rewrite-history-books/
I'm not sure what the copyright claims on the picture are. I tried contacting tennisworldusa by email and on facebook. Got no response.
Can you advise on best way to handle this without infringing any copyrights? Thanks.

This is another question that should be directed to counsel. Our expertise is copyright and libraries, so I don't want to venture into uncharted territory. There may also be state laws involved like the right to publicity.
