I get this picture over google, this was a real picture of a real family from a site that sell pictures, then I reversed the side horizontal ( the left changed to right ) and then added this pastel filter, to make the image almost unrecognizable, do you think If I add such image in my audiobook to represent the family of my main character in my audiobook, even like this, I can get a copyright strike ? I cannot answer that question. I think you would only no if you went ahead and did it, but even if you get a strike, you can appeal if the use is fair (at least this is true in the US).
