copyright notice partial name? Full name?

Here's my question. I have created a series of "how to" booklets. If my name is Jane J. Doe and that is how I file for copyright, may I show copyright notice by the copyright symbol (or the word copyright), date and JUST my last name or my initials? Do I have to list my full name?
copyright 2006 by Doe or copyright 2006 by J.J. Doe or must it be copyright 2006 by Jane J. Doe?
Thank you very very much!!!

Basically is says: 3. The name of the owner of copyright in the work, or an abbreviation by which the name can be recognized, or a generally known alternative designation of the owner.
Also include the copyright symbol and the date. I would think it would be easiest to show the same name the coyright is filed under, but that's just my opinion.
