Newspaper articles + photos

  Hard to believe, but you have no rights to these articles under fair use. I would bet that if you asked permission, you would likely be allowed to use the articles, but you are not the creator of either the photo or the article (unless the photo was provided by you or your representative for the newspaper to use--I'm thinking of publicity photos and such). Or you might be okay if the articles is merely factual or biographical with little originality.
