Question about using information from a magazine or Flyer

I'm doing a new website for informational use only and want to get actually good information on it without breaking any copyrighted laws. I found a magazine which contains good information and within that magazine was a brochure which did not have any copyrights on it only the name company symbol which is obviously copyrighted. Can i take this information without getting into trouble because it's not written in the bottom, All rights reserved.....

There is no copyright symbol required for copyright to be claimed. It is very likely that this is copyrighted and you might need permission, depending on how much you are going to use, etc (the four factors of fair use--checklist on the right of this page).

Your other options would be getting permission, summarizing instead of copying or linking to the info if it is an emag. You are also possibly getting into trademark law if you use the company logo.
