If you mean project as in with a transparency or slide projector, document projector, or an already existing web site, then this use is very likely fine. There is a classroom exception to copyrights in a face to face setting (Section 110). The only time this might get complicated is if the item was digitized and shown to the students over a network. In that case, you'd have to be more specific about how you're doing that. Anyone else have a different take?
