Possible Disney violation

  Not necessarily. Fonts themselves generally aren't protected by copyright in the US (that's sort of a generalization, there's a bit more to it than that). Font names may be trademarked, and using a particular font in a certain way may infringe on the Disney logo (like spelling, say, Disney with that font), but the letters themselves, I would guess aren't protected by trademark. In this case, I don't know at all- could people be confused enough to believe that it's related to Disney? If Disney's lawyers think so, they could certainly sue. That's just my brief look at it, though.
