  We are moving to a new building and have a mandate to reduce the paper clutter in our offices. Of course the first thing our research staff think of is digitizing their collections of journal articles. This has raised the question of producing shared digital archives of articles for research use. Researchers envision storing the articles on network drives or making them available through our intranet. Just to complete the picture, we do have a CCC license and the digital rider, but I have to assume that lots of the articles would not be covered.
