  I have a situation where a parent attended/videotaped a play/concert at their child's school and then uploaded the video to YouTube. How does this impact student privacy as well being a violation of copyright by recording the play/concert in the first place...
  
  Anyone have a disclaimer that they use on advertisements or on the program that they could share....
