  The content is licensed from the UK and therefore does not fall under US Copyright. To further complicate the problem, you must get "copyright permission" from the HMSO (Her Majesty;s Stationery Office). They only license paragraphs or one off charts - which make monitoring internal usage a nightmare.
  
  Does anyone out there have any experience with either ITIL or the HMSO?
