Copyright question that you have not likely seen yet concerning music

There is nothing especially profound here. I just find that I have this special way of coming up with questions that don't appear to be answered on any FAQ or youtube "How to..." video guide. Here goes:
I am a singer/songwriter/producer. I am currently in the process of submitting all my works thru a Form SR on the US Copyrights website. What I can't seem to figure out is if I can attach my lyrics and album photos/artwork to this same form. I've read in various places online that this is, in fact, okay. I've also read that items created by different authors that were intended to function as a joint work (in this case an album of music and photographs) are submittable under one copyright form. I'd like to get confirmation on this as the sources are of questionable authenticity.
Thank you for your time and expertise.
