Can I display a corporte logo on my website?

  I've been on CTV and Rogers TV and would like to display their logo's as well.
  I've seen it done by other speakers but I want to make sure it's legal.
  
  Also, microsoft has a desktop picture that I'd like to use a mere 20% of on a website. Is this legal?

  This seems to be more of a trademark question than a copyright question. In any case, the safest thing would be to contact these companies first. And then I would suggest that you ask this up front from now on, to make it easier.
