Facebook Invention - Can I Sell It?

  So I have a facebook invention. Needless to say it would be nice to have the name "Facebook" in the title. A quick search on ebay finds a TON of items with "facebook" on it. Now, if I sell my item, no matter how expensive or attention drawing, will I be sued by facebook?

  If you are using there name or logo or something that you have taken up from there site they can sue you .

  Facebook is a trademark, and will likely be heavily monitored for use, and they're more likely to try to do something to protect their mark. I would consult an attorney before using the name in anything.
