  Can students who create the school newspaper (K-12 for students, staff and parents to read) use photographs from the AP site and/or other news sites within their newspaper and along with student written articles regarding current events if they provide citation for the picture? Same question regarding crossword puzzles and games, if citation is provided, can they be used in a K-12 student newspaper? If not, what are the guidelines for photographs, images, puzzles and games?
