Streaming music in the classroom (Pandora, Grooveshark, Spotify)

I went and looked at Pandora and it says 'private, non-commercial use', a pretty vague term unless you are a bar owner. So it would come down, in licensing, to what Pandora or you would consider 'private' since it's obviously non-commercial. My non-legal opinion would be that this is not a violation.
